Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy applies to the StaffRoom website, operated by Dealgan Apps (“we”, “us”, “our”), the maker of StaffRoom, the staff management app for hospitality. It explains what cookies are, which ones we use on this website, and how you can control them.

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to remember your preferences, and to help site owners understand how their pages are used. Similar technologies, such as pixels and local storage, work in much the same way, and this policy covers those too.

We keep cookies to a minimum. This website uses only the following categories:

Strictly necessary cookies, required for the site to load, stay secure and function correctly (for example, routing and load-balancing cookies set by our hosting platform). These cannot be switched off, as the site would not work without them.

Analytics cookies. We use PostHog to understand how visitors use the site: which pages are viewed, how long people spend, and roughly where visits come from. This information is aggregated and used only to improve StaffRoom. It does not identify you personally.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share cookie data with advertisers or data brokers.

Most web browsers let you control cookies through their settings. You can block or delete them at any time. You will find these options in the settings or preferences menu of Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge, usually under “Privacy” or “Security”.

Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how this website functions.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, for example, if we add or remove a service that uses cookies. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

If you have any questions about our use of cookies, contact us at info@dealganapps.com.
